My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert at Truist Stadium. For that purpose it is convenient. However, Hilton should be ashamed. What a hell hole this place is. Our room was dusty and musty. They had the ac blasting to help mask the smell. The worst horror was the bed - sheets were full of hair. We think it may be cat hair- that is what we told ourselves to make us feel better! We laid towels over the bed and I put one of my shirts on top of the pillow to sleep. I could barely sleep because I was so grossed out. Seriously steer clear of this dump!

it was terrible, firstly, the front desk person was new and uninformed. I asked her if she knew any pizza places near that were open , to which she replied " I have no idea , I am new to the area" , Dont you have a sheet with local places to eat available to her? I used google and found a pizza hut literally in walking distance. My bathroom was disgusting. There was hair and conditioner still in the tub, there was hair on the toilet seat, and the floor in the bathroom did not look clean. It was too late after driving the WRONG way to find pizza to bother calling the front desk, However in the morning when I tried to shower, the hot/cold water didnt work. the handle kept spinning , and then the water would NOT turn off, I took a ice cold shower, and reported this to a cleaning staff and to the front desk. When I did report it , I asked what was going to be done about all this , and the front desk person said, she did not have the ability to compensate with points, and that the manager would reach me . no phone, call,text or emails , from the manager or anyone else! and the breakfast was awful! they are under construction, so no breakfast set up , you had to place an order . I placed a egg and sausage order, The sausage were burnt to a crisp,and the eggs still had water. def not up to a hilton standard.

Total crap hotel. Room very strongly of animal urine. Really strongly. No soap, no conditioner, no silverware in kitchen, crap is peel up. Beds slept ok but mattresses seem old. Pillows good. Overall it feels pretty dirty and run down. Hilton should be ashamed to put their name on this property

Homewood Suites was really a home away from home. From the way the rooms are situated with a kitchen and dining area, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, silverware! There was a living room area with a TV couch and chair and then a bedroom area with doors you could close, with a separate TV! The dining area was situated nicely and felt nice. The breakfast and Wednesday nite reception were also a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again and have told friends and family about my stay in ATL at Homewood Suites...KUDOS!!!

Mediocre at best. The rooms are very dated, there was mold in the bathroom and the rooms had an extremely distinct smell. At check-in we waited at the front for about 7 minutes before anyone came to assign our rooms, however the young lady was pleasant. The hotel had a shuttle that operated from 7a-7p, within a few miles radius, which we used to get to the conference for two days, however on the third day, the workers started complaining, saying that we could only request shuttles at the top of the hour. This was never stated. Kenny, the maintenance guy was amazing! He didn’t mind taking us where we needed to go, he was maintenance guy, housekeeper, and driver. He was extremely polite and if it were not for him, I would’ve given this property 1 star. Also, I called the front desk to ask for towels (not full housekeeping service) just towels, and I was told to come to the front desk to pick them up at 9pm. I was in an outdoor unit, so I never got them. There was a family upstairs from Me walking/running so hard at night, it was ridiculous. My trash was never changed, until the 4th day (I requested that as well). I wish I would’ve taken pictures, but I forgot. I would never stay at this property again.
